For those of you who have watched Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, you already know that this film by Sam Raimi has two post-credit scenes.

One of them features a new superhero figure played by a top Hollywood actress.

In a post-credits scene of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) is seen walking down the streets of a different New York some time later. He seems to have made peace with the third eye he has.

Suddenly, he was greeted by a woman in flashy clothes. The woman with long white hair was wearing a purple uniform. Opening the portal, the woman asks him to join her on a mission. Strange immediately accepted the challenge. You must be familiar with the actress who plays the female figure. She is Charlize Theron, star of Mad Max: Fury Road, Atomic Blonde and F9. But maybe only Doctor Strange comics fans will recognize the character he plays, namely Clea.

Created by Steve Ditko and Stan Lee for the 1964 comic Strange Tales #126, Clea first appeared as a figure in the Dark Dimension ruled by the terrifying Dormammu. This was reported by the Den of Geek page, Saturday, May 7, 2022.

When Baron Karl Mordo seeks the power from Dormammu to destroy the Ancient Ones and Doctor Strange, Clea comes to save the witch, risking the punishment of her kingdom’s ruler.

Over the years, Clea has been a constant ally in Strange’s battles against Dormammu, to the point that she had to flee to Earth for her own safety. As he studies at the Sanctum Santorum and joins Strange on his adventures, the two become closer.

But even as her love for Strange grows, she must eventually return to the Dark Dimension to overthrow her new ruler, Umar, Dormammu’s sister, and Clea’s mother. In the ensuing battle, Clea expels her mother and father Orini, and becomes the new ruler of the Dark Dimension.
