Synopsis of Death on the Nile
Death on the Nile begins with Jacqueline de Bellefort (Emma Mackey) meeting with Simon Doyle (Armie Hammer) who then fall in love and establish a relationship. However, both of them began to struggle when poverty approached.
To overcome this, Bellefort introduces his partner with Linnet Ridgeway (Gal Gadot) to get a job. This woman was so rich that Doyle fell in love and was willing to leave Bellefort.
Doyle and Ridgeway finally decided to get married. The couple then went on a honeymoon using a boat down the Nile. There, the two meet Hercule Poirot (Kenneth Branagh), a detective who wants to vacation in Egypt.

The warm, cheerful, and loving atmosphere suddenly changed when Poirot found a passenger shot dead the next day. He was one of a recently married couple, Doyle and Ridgeway.
Poirot, who originally wanted to relax, was entrusted with investigating the case which was considered murder. All of the ship’s passengers are potential perpetrators, so he and his partner, Bouc (Tom Bateman) must carry out an investigation.
