Recommendations for Watching Movies in October

Watching movies has now become one of the entertainment applications for those of you who want to watch movies at home alone, or with those closest to you. 2. My Sunny Maad

My Sunny Maad (Slovak Moja afganská rodina; English My Sunny Maad) is a Czech-Slovak-French co-produced animated film by director Michaela Pavlátová from 2021. Based on the short story Frišta (2004) by journalist Petra Procházková, the film tells the story of Helena aka Herra from Prague, who wants to marry her classmate Nazir in Kabul.

3. Seal Team: A Few Right Sea Lions (2021)

“Seal Team: A Few Right Sea Lions” is a 2021 South Africa animated film by director Brian Cleveland and starring J.K. Simmons, Jessie T. Usher. The brave young seal Quinn already has his teeth full of shark raids on his village. He therefore decides to set up a special seal unit that will drive these shark terrorists out of their territory for good.

4. Antlers 2021

Antlers is a supernatural horror film directed by Scott Cooper. She watches a school teacher and her brother a police officer in a small Oregon town, where she is convinced that one of her students is hiding a supernatural creature. The film stars Keri Russell, Jesse Plemons, Jeremy T. Thomas, Graham Greene, Scott Haze, Rory Cochrane and Amy Madigan. The screenplay, written by C. Henry Chaisson, Nick Antosca and Cooper, was adapted from Antosco’s short story “The Quiet Boy,” originally published in Guernica in January 2019. Antlers is scheduled for release in the United States on October 29, 2021 by Searchlight Pictures thereafter. , which was twice postponed from the release date in April 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

5. Kurz manželské touhy (2021)

Kurz manželské touhy is 2021 Czech Republic Comedy film directed by Václav Tlapák and starring Vojtěch Kotek, Jiří Bartoška.
