Moment Ulez camera security car runs over a driving instructor standing in front of it as campaigners scream and beg them to stop

That is the second an anti-Ulez campaigner was struck by a safety automobile guarding considered one of Sadiq Khan’s hated digital camera vans.

Driving teacher Heather Watts was standing in entrance of the automobile on Biggin Hill, Bromley, when it appeared to drive into her, leaving her legs with extreme bruising.

She was left on crutches due to the crash and mentioned she thought she was going to go beneath the automobile.

Footage confirmed anti-Ulez campaigners screaming and hitting the safety automobile because it appeared to hit Heather’s legs earlier than driving after her as she hobbled away.

One of many protesters begged for the automobile to cease earlier than he shouted for the police and requested passers-by to name an ambulance.

In the meantime, the automobile drove off with out stopping to verify on Heather’s situation. 

Claire Dyer, who was driving previous when she noticed the incident unfold, mentioned Heather and her husband had been ‘no risk’ and ‘simply regular individuals’.

She advised MailOnline the Ulez safety guards are ‘roaming our streets each day’.

Claire added: ‘You’ve thuggish safety – they do not have to be behaving the way in which that they’re.

‘All people is against [Ulez].’

Heather mentioned the automobile hit her legs and pushed her onto the bonnet.

She is reportedly nonetheless shaken by what occurred to her.

She advised ITV Information: ‘I used to be hobbling to try to get away. I assumed I used to be going to go below the automobile and with that they simply went.’

Transport for London mentioned: ‘We’re investigating precisely what occurred, however it was our understanding that nobody was significantly injured.’ 

Susan Corridor, the Conservative candidate for Mayor of London, mentioned: ‘That is utterly unacceptable. 

‘Sadiq Khan has critical inquiries to reply about what his ULEZ enforcers have been doing. For TfL to be downplaying the harm is a shame.’

A spokesperson for the Mayor of London mentioned: ‘Any harm is in fact a critical matter and the Met and TfL are investigating the circumstances of this incident.’

The Met mentioned: ‘Police are investigating the circumstances of an allegation of prison harm and a street visitors collision in Biggin Hill.

‘Officers had been initially referred to as at roughly 4.30pm on Sunday, November 12, to studies of prison harm to a car in Buckhurst Street, Westerham.

‘An extra name was acquired stating a lady had been injured after being in collision with a car because it tried to depart the scene; she was not significantly harm.

‘All events concerned had been spoken to and an investigation into each incidents stays ongoing.

‘Anybody with info that might help police is requested to name 101 or ‘X’ @MetCC and quote CAD4481/12Nov.’
