Met police arrest 25-year-old man after he climbed over wall into Royal Mews next to Buckingham Palace

A person this morning has been arrested after he climbed over a wall into the Royal Mews space subsequent to Buckingham Palace, the Met Police has mentioned.

At 1.25am at this time, officers at Buckingham Palace responded to an individual climbing the wall and getting into the Royal Mews.

After a search, a 25-year-old man was detained by officers exterior the stables within the Royal Mews, the Met mentioned.

The drive mentioned that at no level did the person enter Buckingham Palace or the Palace Gardens.

The person has been arrested underneath the Critical Organised Crime and Police Act for trespassing on a protected web site.

He has been taken into custody at a London police station the place he stays.
