A little review of Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 1

New episodes of “Demon Slayer (Kimetsu no Yaiba)” will start to air this coming Sunday, Oct. 10.

While these episodes aren’t officially season two—they’re a seven-part adaptation of the hit “Mugen Train” movie—they’re still new bonus episodes streamed to a Funimation account near you.

And while many of you may roll your eyes and claim “cop out,” you wouldn’t seriously think that Funimation would really give you just a chopped-up version of “Mugen Train,” would you?

Because that’s not what these bonus episodes are: They actually come complete with 70 new scenes that weren’t even included in the movie, including one involving the Flame Hashira, Kyojuro Rengoku, embarking on a mission before he steps foot on that train. There’s also going to be brand new music tracks to listen to (and imagine you’re slaying demons to) as well. Note: Spider-Man : Far From Home 2021 Streaming 1080p

And the best part of it all? As soon as this “Mugen Train Arc” finishes, the official season two—the “Entertainment District Arc”—will begin. The premiere date for that is Sunday, Dec. 5.

Besides, it’s been two whole years since the first season of “Demon Slayer” premiered, leaving fans hungry for any and all new content they can feast their eyes upon. Getting pumped up for the anime’s second season with extra episodes is a perfect prep time to get ready for what will undoubtedly be an action-packed, emotional ride.
